Nikola Jokic put on a dominant performance in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals, leading the Denver Nuggets to a 112-97 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Nuggets now hold a 3-2 advantage in the series, and are one win away from advancing to the Western Conference Finals.
